PhD position, funded by PNRR funds and by Unigrà SpA (https://www.unigra.itavailable at the Department of Agri-food, Environmental and Animal Sciences (DI4A) of theUniversity of Udine (Italy).

Research project title: “Characterization of mineral oil contamination in vegetable oils and fats and study of innovative and sustainable approaches for their mitigation, with a focus on the most toxic aromatic components”..
Ideal candidates for this position have a master's degree (degree awarded by October 2024) in subjects related to food chemistry, analytical chemistry and organic chemistry.

The research activity includes a period at the company (6 months) and a period at a foreign university/research institution (6 months).
